A dark roasted blend of coffee boasting a distinctive and full-bodied character. Very low acidity is supplemented by tones of dark chocolate and masses of body. It is suitable for automatic home espresso makers, as well as for making drinks with milk.
Preparation: select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 1 cup allow at least 2 even tsp (7g) of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C. Keep in a dry airtight container.
